L’Oréal, ambitious and innovative in its communication with media

Upon the launch of “L’Oréal For The Future”, the Group’s new ambition in terms of sustainable development, L’Oréal wanted to digitize its press conferences and open its expert webinars to the media.

On June 25 and 26, 2020, L’Oréal arranged three digital press conferences hosted by Louise Ekland, for France, Asia and then the Americas, with Jean-Paul Agon, Chairman and CEO of L’Oréal, and Alexandra Palt, Managing Director of Corporate Social Responsibility. Produced in collaboration with the Venise Evenements agency, the three broadcasts, consisted of a 30minutes presentation of L’Oréal’s new ambitions in terms of sustainable development by 2030, then a live question-and-answer session with journalists from the various connected media. In the wake of these three interactive broadcasts, online attendees also had the opportunity to participate in webinars dedicated to 5 major themes which are at the heart of L’Oréal’s commitments and current affairs.
