On Friday, April 13, L’Oréal’s IT department made an appointment with its employees in the context of L’Oréal IT Town Hall. This general meeting of the IT community, recorded at the Group’s HQ in Paris, was broadcasted live, in the form of 2 video webcast sessions, each lasting one hour. A first session – in the morning – bound for Asia-Pacific area (also including Europe, the Middle East and Africa), and the second – in the afternoon – headed to Americas (also including Europe, the Middle East and Africa). Both sessions were hosted – in English – by Etienne Aubourg, the Group’s CIO, and his guests : some speakers were present on-site and others were connected remotely – in video duplex – from their worksite.
