Ferrandi Paris has recently relied on Canalchat Grandialogue to carry out a live dialogue, in video and in English. The objective of this live discussion was to highlight its Advanced Professional Programs in French Cuisine and French Pastry. Thought of by the famous school of gastronomy and hotel management, the conversation was intended more specifically for a non-French speaking audience. Thus, two speakers of the school, installed in our video studio, answered questions from Internet users during one hour.
