The singularity of this event lied in the requirements of the board: to publish &#8211; in addition to the selected questions and the joint answers &#8211; the entire content of the live exchanges. That is to say: the reactions, remarks, questions not addressed by the Executive committee, were still visible to all because published in the insert next to the one dedicated to the T&#8217;Chat.
