This special day has become a key date in the Group&#8217;s calendar to ensure continuity of its internal communication commitments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main event of this tenth edition is a webchat with the President and CEO of L&#8217;OR\u00c9AL, Mr. Jean-Paul Agon, who responds directly to the questions addressed to him by employees on Ethics. This event took place at two different times so that all Group employees could participate regardless of their time zone.<br \/>\nThis year, Jean-Paul Agon also gave a live appointment to his employees, but also to the general public on Facebook Live, to communicate about this unique event. In the immediate aftermath of his intervention, the country managers also answered questions of employees specific to their territory.<\/p>\n<p><center><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"fr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Today L\u2019Or\u00e9al celebrates the 10th edition of its Ethics Day, allowing employees from around the world to express their views on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/ethics?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#ethics<\/a> through a survey and a live webchat with L\u2019Or\u00e9al CEO, Jean-Paul Agon <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/T3zztzGNER\">pic.twitter.com\/T3zztzGNER<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2014 L&#8217;Or\u00e9al Group (@Loreal) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Loreal\/status\/1050329218985406464?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">11 octobre 2018<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/center><br \/>\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>To do this, we offer in addition to our classic model including the provision of our technology and the service that goes with it (i.e. our teams of scripts, moderators, interpreters and photographers), a self-managed model which has been experienced for the past 10 years: the local internal communication teams of subsidiaries are trained remotely to use our tool, with the concern to pass on our editorial know-how (moderation, transcription, photo shooting). The objective is for them to be fully autonomous on the day of the webchat to operate their own event, but always supported by our teams.<\/p>\n<p>This amazing feat &#8211; in terms of technology and project management &#8211; was once again successful, which was not an easy challenge if we take into account the group&#8217;s enthusiasm for this format of discussion. \u2028Since, as last year, members of the Executive Committee of the Group also wanted to engage with their concerned employees. \u2028More than tens of thousand of L&#8217;OR\u00c9AL employees have thus connected to at least one of these live sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, it was the direction of Ethics at L&#8217;OR\u00c9AL who held the control, but we assisted them on the technological, logistical, editorial and artistic aspects so that these sixty live events unfolded without flaws and with this audience success.
